Responsibility
AI Development: Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI solutions.
Data Management: Handle large datasets, perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering to train robust AI models.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software developers, and data scientists, to integrate AI technologies effectively into our products.
Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of cutting-edge AI techniques, methodologies, and tools to continuously innovate and enhance our solutions.
Model Optimization & Deployment: Optimize models for performance, efficiency, and scalability, ensuring seamless integration into production environments.
Testing & Validation: Conduct thorough testing and validation of AI models to ensure reliability and accuracy.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Python and key machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, generative AI, or other AI subfields.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with deploying AI models into production environments.
Knowledge of containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Understanding of data engineering tools and platforms.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex AI concepts clearly.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills for solving challenging problems.
Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
