Overview
We are seeking a proficient BIM Developer specializing in creating advanced solutions and plugins for BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in .NET development, with specialized experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies.
Responsibility
Development & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain BIM plugins and applications using .NET and Autodesk Revit API.
Collaboration: Work closely with BIM specialists, architects, engineers, and product teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
Integration & Optimization: Ensure seamless integration of plugins within BIM software, optimizing performance and user experience.
Testing & Debugging: Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of plugins to ensure stability and reliability.
Continuous Improvement: Research emerging BIM technologies and methodologies to enhance existing solutions and workflows.
Qualifications
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core.
Extensive experience with Autodesk Revit API.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design patterns (e.g., SOLID).
Experience with desktop application development (WPF, MVVM).
Familiarity with database technologies (SQL and NoSQL).
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Open BIM standards (IFC).
Experience in Unit Testing frameworks within .NET.
Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical concepts.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to solve complex technical problems and optimize software performance.
Teamwork: Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
