Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Wet Utilities Team Leader to join our Cairo branch and lead the design and delivery of high-quality infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on Saudi Arabia and Gulf region developments.

Responsibility
Lead and manage wet utilities design teams for large-scale infrastructure and mixed-use developments.
Oversee the preparation of potable water, irrigation, stormwater, and wastewater network designs in compliance with Saudi Building Code (SBC), MEWA guidelines, and BS EN standards.
Ensure full coordination of wet utility designs with other disciplines to deliver fully integrated solutions.
Conduct technical reviews, quality checks, and ensure designs are ready for authority approvals.
Liaise with clients, authorities, and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and compliance with local requirements.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, ensuring knowledge transfer within the team.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in wet utilities design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in delivering Saudi Arabia projects, with deep knowledge of local authority processes and approval requirements.
Strong knowledge of SBC, MEWA guidelines, and relevant international standards.
Excellent communication skills, especially in English, with proven ability to interface effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Strong interpersonal skills, professional mindset, resilience, and ability to work under pressure.
Smart, solution-oriented, and able to manage complex design challenges.
Proficiency in design software such as WaterCAD, SewerGEMS, and Civil 3D.
