CG is pleased to have been a part of the Habdan Al-Andalus project, completed in 2020. This mixed-use development, covering an area of 1950 SQM, is a testament to our team’s expertise in project management consultancy, architecture design, structural engineering, MEP engineering, architect record, construction supervision, and fire & life safety.
Working closely with our client, Abdulrahman Habdan, our team of experts developed a comprehensive design plan that met their specific needs and vision for the project. Our architects created a design that seamlessly integrated the various components of the development, while our structural and MEP engineering teams ensured that the building was structurally sound and complied with all safety regulations.

Throughout the construction phase, our construction supervision team was on-site to ensure that the project was progressing as planned and that quality standards were being maintained. Our fire & life safety experts also played a crucial role in ensuring that the building met all safety regulations and was equipped with the necessary measures to keep its occupants safe.
