CG is pleased to have been a part of the Habdan Al Muraba’a project, where we provided a comprehensive range of services, including master planning, project management consultancy, architecture design, structural engineering, MEP engineering, architect record, construction supervision, and fire & life safety.
Working closely with our client, Khaled Habdan, our team of experts developed a master plan that was tailored to meet the specific needs and vision for the development. Our architects created a design that was not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and practical, ensuring that all aspects of the project were integrated seamlessly.

Our structural and MEP engineering teams ensured that the building was structurally sound and complied with all safety regulations, while our fire & life safety experts ensured that the building met all safety regulations and was equipped with the necessary measures to keep its occupants safe.
Throughout the construction phase, our construction supervision team was on-site to ensure that the project was progressing as planned and that quality standards were being maintained. CG’s expertise in project management consultancy was also instrumental in ensuring that the project was completed within the agreed timeframe and budget.
