Our team of experts worked closely with the client, Khaled Habdan, to understand their vision for the project and translate it into a comprehensive design plan. Our architects created a design that seamlessly integrated the various components of the development, while our structural and MEP engineering teams ensured that the building was structurally sound and complied with all safety regulations.

Throughout the construction phase, our construction supervision team was on-site to ensure that the project was progressing as planned and that quality standards were being maintained. Our fire & life safety experts also played a crucial role in ensuring that the building met all safety regulations and was equipped with the necessary measures to keep its occupants safe.
