The goal of Habdan Rawda is to create a clear and unique shopping experience for the visitor through the open paths around the project with the presence of green areas along the main inner courtyard between the project buildings. This ensures a sense of spaciousness and containment for visitors, in addition to the presence of internal yards and external sessions, which provide places for rest and enjoyment outside the shops. For facades, with the expansion of the horizontal surface of the buildings and the length of the purchasing journey for visitors, it is necessary to diversify the materials used and the elements of the interface design to create a sense of desire for exploration and insight for the visitor, in addition to the presence of agricultural basins throughout.
