King Abdulaziz Center for National Dialogue is located in Riyadh on 10,990 sqm and was finalized in 2017. CG’s scope of work was interior design review and approval and site supervision. The work involved the renovation of the offices of the Capital Market Authority which had rented seven floors in the center. Work took eight months and also involved all types of finishings and electro mechanical works. The design has most offices facing each other barring the managerial offices in order to give them the privacy they need.
