Consultancy Group (CG) is proud to have been involved in the creation of the Mahd Sports Academy, a state-of-the-art sports facility covering an area of 2800 SQM. The project aimed to create a modern and functional sports academy that meets the evolving needs of athletes, and CG was entrusted with Architecture Design, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Architect Record (AOR), Construction Supervision, Interior Design, Fit-out Supervision, and Fire & Life Safety services.
CG’s Architecture Design team worked closely with the client to create a visually stunning and functional sports academy that meets the specific needs of athletes. The design incorporated the latest technology and equipment to create a state-of-the-art facility that can accommodate various sporting activities.

Our Structural Engineering and MEP Engineering teams designed the building’s structural and mechanical systems, ensuring that the building was both functional and efficient. Our team ensured that the facility met all necessary regulatory requirements while incorporating sustainable design principles.
CG’s Architect of Record (AOR) services ensured that the project met all regulatory requirements, and our Construction Supervision services ensured that the project was executed efficiently and effectively. Our Interior Design and Fit-out Supervision services ensured that the facility’s interior design was not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing, creating a welcoming and inspiring environment for athletes.
CG’s Fire & Life Safety services were integral to the project’s success, ensuring that the sports academy was safe and secure for athletes and staff.
