The project involved the design and construction of a state-of-the-art building with a built-up area of 4880 SQM. The Ministry of Commerce and Investment is a vital governmental institution, and CG was honored to have been selected as the engineering consultancy firm for the project.
Our team provided a range of services for the project, including Architecture Design, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Architect Record (AOR), and Interior Design. We worked closely with the client to ensure that the design met their specific needs and requirements.

Our structural engineering services ensured that the building was structurally sound and able to withstand all local weather and seismic conditions. We designed the building’s foundation and structural frame to be durable and long-lasting, using the latest techniques and materials available.
Our MEP engineering services ensured that all of the building’s mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were designed and installed to the highest standards. We used the latest technologies and best practices to ensure that the building was energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, and easy to maintain.
As the Architect of Record (AOR), we were responsible for ensuring that the project was executed in compliance with local regulations and codes. We worked closely with the project team to ensure that all design and construction activities were carried out according to the highest quality standards.
