CG provided comprehensive architectural services for a private rest house project, completed in 2011, covering a built-up area of 12000 SQM. The scope of work included master planning, technical support and advisory, and architect of record (AOR) services. The project aimed to provide a luxurious, yet comfortable retreat space for the client and their family.
CG’s team of architects and engineers worked closely with the client to ensure their vision was incorporated into the final design. The master planning stage involved the creation of a detailed site plan, ensuring the building was situated to take advantage of the beautiful surroundings while maximizing privacy for the occupants. Technical support and advisory services were also provided to ensure all aspects of the design, including the selection of materials and finishes, were in line with the client’s requirements and local regulations.
