CG is proud to have contributed to the successful completion of the Residential Building project in 2020. Our team’s scope of work covered a range of services, including Architecture Design, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering, Architect Record (AOR), Construction Supervision, Interior Design, and Fire & Life Safety.
Our team collaborated closely with the client to understand their vision and requirements for the project. We designed a modern and functional building that met the client’s needs and complied with local regulations and safety standards. Our architecture design took into consideration the unique features of the site, such as its location and surroundings, to create a building that blended in seamlessly with the neighborhood.

Our Structural Engineering team ensured that the building’s structure was strong and durable, while also being aesthetically pleasing. We conducted rigorous testing and analysis to ensure that the building could withstand external factors such as wind and earthquakes.
Our MEP Engineering team designed a comprehensive system to ensure that the building had efficient and effective mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. We also integrated sustainable and energy-efficient features into the design to minimize the building’s environmental impact.
CG’s Architect Record (AOR) team ensured that the project was executed in compliance with local regulations and codes. We provided construction supervision to ensure that the building was constructed according to the design and quality standards set by the client.
Our Interior Design team worked closely with the client to create functional and aesthetically pleasing interior spaces that catered to the occupants’ needs. We incorporated innovative design elements and materials to create an inviting and comfortable living environment.
Finally, our Fire & Life Safety team ensured that the building was safe and secure by designing and implementing effective fire and life safety measures. We ensured that the building was equipped with the necessary safety equipment and systems to protect the occupants in case of an emergency.
