CG is proud to have been a part of the Revan Residential Buildings project, where we provided a comprehensive range of services, including master planning, project management consultancy, architecture design, structural engineering, MEP engineering, architect record, construction supervision, interior design, branding, traffic impact study, and fire & life safety.
Working closely with our client, Bunyan, our team of experts developed a master plan that was tailored to meet the specific needs and vision for the development. Our architects created a design that was not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and practical, ensuring that all aspects of the project were integrated seamlessly.

Our structural and MEP engineering teams ensured that the buildings were structurally sound and complied with all safety regulations, while our fire & life safety experts ensured that the buildings met all safety regulations and were equipped with the necessary measures to keep their occupants safe.
Additionally, our interior design team created comfortable and stylish living spaces for the residents, while our branding team developed a brand identity for the project that reflected its unique characteristics. Our traffic impact study experts conducted a thorough analysis to ensure that the development had minimal impact on the surrounding infrastructure.
Throughout the construction phase, our construction supervision team was on-site to ensure that the project was progressing as planned and that quality standards were being maintained.
