CG was commissioned to design a special needs school that would cater to the unique needs of students with special needs. Completed in 2009, the project covered a built-up area of 1763 square meters. Our team of architects and engineers worked closely to create a facility that was safe, comfortable, and inclusive for all students.
The scope of work included architecture design, structural engineering, MEP engineering, architect of record (AOR), construction supervision, interior design, and fire & life safety. Our team carefully considered the needs of the students, faculty, and staff, as well as the regulations and codes governing special needs facilities. The result was a functional and well-designed building that met the needs of its occupants and achieved the client’s goals.
