CG provided full engineering consultancy services for the TBC Prototype Schools project, which was completed in 2013. The project consisted of designing and developing prototype schools for the Ministry of Education in Saudi Arabia. CG was responsible for providing comprehensive design solutions, including architectural, structural, and MEP engineering services, and acted as the Architect of Record (AOR) for the project. CG’s design focused on creating modern and functional learning environments that could accommodate the diverse needs of students and teachers.
In addition to the design work, CG also ensured that the project met all necessary safety requirements, including Fire and Life Safety codes. CG worked closely with the Ministry of Education to ensure that the schools were delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest possible standards. The total built-up area of the project was 6,484 square meters, and it was completed successfully within the given timeline.
